1. Position the Pillow

Between your knees or thighs while lying on your side. The heart-shaped curve should face your legs for a snug, natural fit.

2. Secure with The Strap

Use the elastic band around your leg to keep the pillow in place as you move.

3. Adjust for Comfort

Make sure the scientific arc supports your knees and legs comfortably.
The groove design cradles your legs to reduce pressure and improve alignment.

Premium Materials

Our pillows are medium to firm, If you've never used a knee pillow it may take a little time getting used to. It is possible you may experience some discomfort during the first two weeks while your body is trying to adjust to the correct position, this is normal and nothing to worry about.

Do NOT wash the memory foam core.

Keep it dry and out of direct sunlight.

To clean the cover:

Unzip and remove the outer cover. Hand wash or machine wash on gentle cycle.

Air dry only.
