A. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are not fixed and may vary depending on current offers or promotions.
Please refer to the checkout page for the most accurate and updated shipping fee at the time of purchase.


B. Shipping Time

🛠 Processing Time (U.S. Warehouse):

  • When placing an order, it will automatically be queued and take around 24 hours to enter our fulfillment process.
  • All orders are processed up to 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

🚚 Estimated Delivery Time:

  • United States: 7–14 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

Please note that shipping timelines begin after your order is done processed. Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier delays. If the package is held by Customs, immediately contact our support team.


C. Change of Delivery Address

If you need to update your shipping address, please email us at info@lupps.co within 24 hours of placing your order.

We may email you within 3–10 business days if your order requires address or delivery confirmation.
⚠️ Once an order has entered transit, changes to the shipping address cannot be made.


D. Order Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations once an order is placed.

E. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  • If possible, do not accept the delivery and contact our support team immediately.
  • If already delivered, please take clear photos and email us at info@lupps.co. We will guide you through the next steps.
