1. Always Put the Protective Film Back On
   After each use, place the original plastic/nylon cover back on the gel side to prevent dust, lint, and hair from sticking.
2. Store in a Cool, Dry Place
   Keep the pads in their case or pouch—away from heat, sunlight, or humidity, which can dry out the gel.
   
3. Clean With a Damp Cloth if Needed
   If the pads lose stickiness, lightly dab the gel surface with a clean, slightly damp cloth (water only—no soap). Let them air dry before reusing.
   
4. Avoid Touching the Gel With Fingers
   Oils from your skin reduce the adhesive quality. Handle pads by the edges only.
   
5. Replace When Fully Worn Out
   With proper care, pads can last up to 50 uses. When they stop sticking even after cleaning, it’s time for a replacement set.
